Return & Refunds Policy
At Cox Container, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you receive the goods, or when a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please notify us of your decision by a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 30 days

  • The goods are in their original packaging

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized

  • Goods that deteriorate quickly or are past their expiry date

  • Goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery

  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.

Exceptions

  • Returns accepted within 90 days only for irreparable damage.

  • Must be in the same condition as received.

  • Customer pays return shipping and coordinates return with Cox Container.

  • Refunds processed within 3 business days after confirmed return with proof.

  • Custom or modified containers and “as-is” sales are non-returnable.

We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged during return shipment. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of the returned goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. After we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift at purchase or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
