At Cox Containers, we are committed to delivering high-quality shipping containers and ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase. This policy outlines our fair and transparent 30-day return process, in line with Google Merchant Center requirements and industry best practices.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective containers under the following conditions:
Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
Condition of Goods: Containers must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
Packaging & Accessories: Items must include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Damage-Free: Products must be free from damage, modifications, or signs of wear after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
Customized or special-order containers.
Containers sold “as-is” or marked “final sale.”
Items damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or storage after delivery.
Return Process
Contact Us – Email our support team at info@coxcontainers.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address and detailed instructions.
Return Method – All returns must be shipped back to our designated return facility. In-store returns are not accepted.
Shipping Responsibility – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective container.
Refund Method & Timeline – Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned container.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the container and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on returns.
Return Label Policy
Customers are responsible for providing and paying for the return shipping label, except when the return is due to our error or a defective product.
